Database Administrator:

Perform all aspects of database administration including RAC Installation, configuration, upgrades, capacity planning, performance tuning, ASM management, backup and recovery. Design Logical and Physical database. Perform application optimization including performance tuning, query optimization and supportability. Troubleshoot Database, software and related systems. Perform replication, LogShipping and Database Mirroring. Complete changes, adds, deletes as required in accordance with established guidelines. Adhere to established disaster recovery policies and procedures including, but not limited to backups, configuration/ change management, and database documentation. Implement and maintain database security. Create, Maintain and audit users, Roles and Privileges. Upgrade different versions of databases and apply critical patches. Restore and recover database using RMAN and perform backups. Create databases (manually and using DBCA) and automate the backups using RMAN integrating with TSM (Tivoli Storage Manager). Automate scripts that take back up of the users, profiles in database. Perform migration of databases between different Operating system Platforms. Configure Oracle auditing and generate reports for the audit. Maintain advanced Oracle replication by using streams. Develop Shell Scripts for Automating Database related Jobs.

Software Engineer Position:

Perform system analysis, design, development & implementation of software applications including web applications. Translate Use Case Requirements, technical specifications & design into code for new or enhancement projects. Write programs, ad hoc queries, & reports; follow software development methodology& architecture standards; participate in design, code, & test inspections throughout life cycle to identify issues/defects. Use configuration management methodologies & tools, including CVS. Participate in technical meetings, such as those for use case creation. Formally document issues/defects and support issue/defects resolution until closure. Use design patterns for design & architecture of system components such as session facade, service locator, etc.; Evaluate & select new open source frameworks to improve development process/products. Requires the use of a variety of software tools and technologies such as, Java/J2EE (EJBs, JMS, JDBC, JNDI, RMI), JSP & Servlets, JavaScript, Java Swing, Struts, Hibernate, XML, PL/SQL, Oracle BPM, Web logic, Oracle App Server, Apache Tomcat, Aqua logic, User Interface, Alfresco Content Management System, AJAX and Ext JS.

Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Computer Engineering and 2 years of experience as a Software Engineer, Application Developer, Programmer or Analyst/Developer

QA Tester Position

Job Title:
SR Software QA Analyst, full time position

Duties:
Work on application development and system integration projects. Responsibilities will cover test planning, test execution, defect tracking and reporting including follow up and issue resolution. Develop and execute test cases and plans for Functional, Performance, Stress and Regression testing needs; communicate effectively to insure that all testing needs are being assessed and addressed to insure products meet or exceed performance targets; Document all QA result and concerns as well as communicate to software QA manager and work to resolve any issues; participate in planning all testing activities accordingly to ensure on time deliverables are met.

Requirement;
B.S. and 5 years or equivalent in computer science, engineering, science or related filed.
